Cresa Closes Three New Lease Transactions Totaling 157,000 Square Feet

Cresa Miami secured three leases totaling more than 157,000-square-feet in the Atlantic Business Center and Sample Business Centers.

Situated between Fort Lauderdale and Boca, Pompano Beach, and Broward County as a whole, is seeing unmatched commercial and industrial real estate demand.

According to Cushman and Wakefield’s Q1 2022 Office and Industrial Reports, new leasing activity in Broward totaled nearly 543,000-square-feet, a 150,000 square-foot increase from a year ago. Pompano was one of the suburban markets that saw a spike in asking rents, reaching $32.86 per square foot.
