Crocker's Tom Brockwell To Depart As Company Continues Aggressive Expansion

Tom Brockwell, long-time partner at Crocker Partners, today announced he will leave the real estate investment and management company to focus on new opportunities in commercial real estate acquisition and redevelopment.
Crocker Partners Managing Partner Tom Crocker said, “Tom has been integral to Crocker Partners’ success for the past 20 years. This is a bittersweet moment for all of us. He is a talented real estate professional with an acute business sense. Although I am sorry to see Tom leave, I have known for some time that he has wanted to venture out on his own. We fully expect our close association will continue in the future.”

Brockwell joined Crocker Partners in 1993 and has played a lead role in acquiring, managing and disposing of real estate with a value in excess of $4 billion. Most recently, he was responsible for managing all partnership business in Florida where the company owns and operates 4.3 million square feet, valued at more than $725 million. Going forward, partner Angelo Bianco will resume these responsibilities, with plans for continued aggressive expansion throughout the state.
