Wayne Ramoski and Ivanna Leitner Perez of Cushman & Wakefield represented GTS in the lease negotiations. George Pino, president of State Street Realty represented Prologis, the landlord.

GTS will utilize their new space for an aircraft engine repair and overhaul facility including corporate offices.

“We looked at numerous options in multiple South Florida markets and the team at Prologis and Beacon Industrial Park provided the solutions we needed to take our business into its next 20 years of operation,” said Jack Tannir, CEO/President at GTS.

“Demand for industrial space in Miami has remained healthy and steady. The space in Beacon Industrial Park offered the right amenities for GTS’s specific use and coupled with Prologis’ attention to tenant detail, provided the right platform as they expand their footprint in South Florida,” said Ramoski, Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield.
