Cushman & Wakefield represented Transatlantic Investment Management, a family owned investment and property management company, on its lease agreement with Student Aid Center at 2500 NW 79th Avenue in Doral.
The deal negotiated by Gordon Messinger, Director – Commercial Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield, is for 11,803 square feet – and the facility includes a backup generator and ample parking.
The tenant, Student Aid Center, a student loan consolidation company, was represented by Andrew Easton of JLL. Student Aid Center is growing from about 6,000 to almost 12,000 sq. ft., nearly doubling their office space, due to growth and demand.
