Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. has been named the exclusive retail leasing agent for 2200 Collins Avenue, a newly constructed, mixed-use development located in Miami Beach.
Greg Masin, Senior Director of the firm’s Retail Brokerage Services division, and Senior Associate Frank Begrowicz will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of the property’s owner, Minnie Properties, Inc.
Located across from the W South Beach Hotel and the Atlantic Ocean and one block from The Setai and The Perry Hotel, the property spans the length from 22nd to 23rd streets and offers 11,135 square feet of retail space. The five-story development is also comprised of four floors of high-end residential rental units.
