Deerfield Beach Warehouse Sells For $10.4 Million

ComReal’s Ed Redlich and Chris Spear handled the sale of a 120,000-square-foot distribution warehouse in Deerfield Beach for $10.4 million.
The property is located at 2900 SW 15 Street on an 8.8-acre lot.
It is currently occupied by Graebel Moving Company, which will soon be vacating the property.
The buyer was MS International, a stone and marble distributor. The seller was EWE, a real estate investment group that was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Etner.
