Dick's-Anchored Center Fetches $31M

Looks like a couple of solid anchor tenants can double your money.
The Shoppes at Southern Palms just sold for $31.4 million. The previous sale was for $15.5 million in 2007, before the anchor tenants’ stores, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s, were built.

Garrison Investment Group of New York bought the 200,889-square-foot shopping center at 8821 Southern Blvd. from a joint venture of Panattoni Development Co. and Invesco Real Estate.
