Easton & Associates’ Mike Waite Negotiates $25 Million Lease On Behalf Of Miami Distribution Company

Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, arranged a new ten-year lease valued at $25.17 million for Ameriworld Fulfillment Center.

Easton & Associates Vice President Mike Waite represented Ameriworld, which specializes in fulfilling orders from e-commerce channels.

Ameriworld’s 124,000-square-foot warehouse and office facility, owned by Prologis, is located at 3335 NW 70th Avenue in the Airport West submarket of Miami. It has been a tenant for the past 12 years and was about to come off a five-year lease.

“While Ameriworld considered all of its options with renewal coming up, it concluded that the best course of action was to stay in place and lock in for the long term,” Waite said.  “With the industrial market still very frothy and rents projected to rise over the long term, the decision made a lot of business sense.”
