Easton & Associates Signs More Than 76K SF

Easton & Associates, the commercial real estate brokerage division of The Easton Group based in Doral, FL, announced four new industrial leases totaling 76,500 sf. Jim Armstrong and Michael Waite represented both the landlord and tenant in the following transactions:

-A 25,000 sf lease of industrial space located at 16492 NW 48^th Avenue, Miami Gardens. The landlord is Salcum Shutters Invest LLC and the tenant is ATS North America LLC.

-A 16, 300 sf lease of industrial space located at 3425 NW 167^th Street, Miami Gardens. The landlord is SPG Palmetto Palms LLC and the tenant is Global Atlantic Logistics, LLC.

-A 10,000 sf lease of industrial space located at 5850 Miami Lakes Drive in Miami Lakes, FL. The landlord is Seagis Lakeway, LLC and the tenant is Vanlex Clothing Corporation.

Jim and Michael also represented FH Interamerica LLC in leasing 25, 200 sf of industrial space at 11010 NW 30^th Street, #104 in Miami. State Street Realty’s George Pino represented the landlord, ProLogis LP.
