Elizabeth Vergara Appointed Director Of Leasing

Adler Realty Services (ARS) a division of Adler Group which specializes in property management, sales, leasing and brokerage services, announces the appointment of Elizabeth Vergara, as Director of Leasing for South Florida.
As Director of Leasing, Vergara oversees more than one million square feet of office, retail, flex and industrial property, encompassing the firm’s entire South Florida Portfolio. She will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of these properties, in addition to expanding ARS’s regional third party brokerage services.
“Elizabeth’s comprehensive knowledge of South Florida’s commercial leasing market, along with her ten years of experience, compliment our ambitious leasing strategy,” said Michael M. Adler, Chairman and CEO of Adler Group. “Given Elizabeth’s background, she will be a tremendous asset for the long term growth of our Leasing and Brokerage Services division.”
Prior to joining ARS, Vergara was Director of Leasing at Codina Realty Services, managing the leasing department of Codina Partners. Vergara’s achievements also include overseeing the leasing of Downtown Doral, a 120-acre master-planned, mixed-use development.
Vergara has participated in notable transactions with Humana, CAC-Florida, Firestone, Univision, Marriott, the United States General Services Administration (GSA), and Arthur J. Gallagher, among others.
Having completed more than 100 lease transactions per year, Vergara received the Flagler’s Work Horse Award, consecutively from 2005-2008. She was also distinguished as one of Costar’s “Top 20 Miami Office Leasing Power Brokers” in 2008 and 2010. Vergara holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
