Ella Coffee House Launches Franchise Strategy With 15 Florida Locations

Ella Coffee House, a premier cafe experience founded in Plantation, Florida, launched an aggressive expansion plan with a new franchise partner who will bring the total number of corporately owned and franchised stores to 15 in Florida in the next two years.

Construction has already begun in Coral Springs at the Pine Ridge Square shopping center. Additional storefronts in Broward and Palm Beach Counties are also planned.

Ella Coffee House has been a neighborhood favorite in Plantation since 2016. The small batch barista centered experience with a distinctive vibe serves old-world Italian inspired espresso-based drinks to customers who seek a comfortable setting or a convenient grab and go.

To support growth plans, company leaders have hired David Brand as their new Chief Development Officer. Brand brings over 20 years of franchise experience, inclusive of helping hundreds of business owners franchise operations through meticulous quality control, dedicated training, and sales center support staff in every market.

South Florida serial entrepreneur Anthony Perera will lead the expansion as a managing partner. Perera founded the national home repair service company Air Pros USA, a virtual permit inspection service called Inspected, as well as a national chain of Cowboys Saloons and the Mud Life lifestyle brand. Perera will work directly with Brand and Zack Foley, who serves as Director of Restaurant Operations.

The expansion announcement comes as Ella Coffee House recently held a grand opening celebration at its Davie café located at 3890 Davie Road. Ella Coffee House can also be found at its original Planation location, as well as the Hard Rock Stadium Club Level in Miami.
