Emerson Electric Inks 18,000SF Deal In Sunrise

Emerson Electric is moving its Latin American regional headquarters to Sunrise, relocating employees both from other South Florida cities and its global St. Louis office to the Lake Shore Plaza II office building.
The company leased 18,000 square feet at the complex, which is located at 1300 Concord Terrace, with an option for 9,500 more if it chooses.
“Latin America is a growth market opportunity for Emerson and our U.S.-based executives engage with our customers and our operations throughout Latin America,” said Leo Rodriguez, president of Emerson Latin America.
Leasing for Lake Shore Plaza II is handled by Madelayne Garcia of Stiles Realty.
