EML Realty Partners Acquires Industrial Warehouse In Jupiter
Jupiter, Florida-based EML Realty Partners announced the acquisition of 952 Jupiter Park Lane in Jupiter for $5,550,000.
The industrial warehouse, fully occupied by Commercial Energy Specialists and Jupiter Granite, consists of a masonry/tilt-up building totaling 22,408 square feet of RBA, situated on 1.58 acres. The property is located in Jupiter Commerce Park, a highly sought after industrial submarket in Palm Beach County, which boasts highly functional buildings and immediate access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
The building was built 10 years ago and is all concrete tilt/up construction.
