EML Realty Partners Purchases Industrial IOS Facility In Boynton Beach

Jupiter, Florida based EML Realty Partners announced the purchase of 8245 S State Road 7 in Boynton Beach for $3,580,000.

The industrial facility, in an ideal location on Route 441 just north of Delray Beach, consists of one building totaling 17,303 square feet of RBA, on five acres. The property is fully occupied by SRS Distribution/Heritage Supply Group, a subsidiary of Home Depot Inc.

The property boasts a functional layout, complimented by four overhead doors located at the front of the structure. The “easy-in, easy-out” flow of the property and its 4+ acres of outdoor storage are two of the most sought-after attributes for industrial tenants.
