Equity One Announces Redevelopment Plans For Broward Shopping Center
Equity One has announced plans for the redevelopment of Countryside Shops, located at 5524-5986 South Flamingo Road in Cooper City.
The center and its tenants that include Publix, Vienna Coffee House & Bistro, Prime Cut Hair Salon, and Beverly Hills Café will remain open for business throughout the project, as will the newly relocated Hallmark Cards and Fine Spirits.
Plans include a complete renovation of the center’s façade; a third national fashion anchor tenant to join Publix and Stein Mart; and what will be the newest and most modern Publix store in South Florida.
The center was built in 1984.
