Esplanade At Aventura Secures 17 New Leases
Esplanade at Aventura is transforming South Florida’s retail and lifestyle landscape with an impressive lineup of premier brands debuting in 2025. Leading the expansion are Pura Vida Miami, Starbucks and Anatomy Fitness, which recently signed leases at the center.
Esplanade has added 17 new tenants, totaling 54,768 square feet, including restaurants, beauty and fitness services, fashion, home décor, and financial services. The center continues to expand its offerings and strengthen its position as a leading retail and lifestyle destination in South Florida.

- Starbucks (Opening in Fall 2025): 2,800 square feet
- Anatomy Fitness (Opening in Late 2025): 25,482 square feet
- Wairua Beauty (Opening in Fall 2025): 914 square feet
- The Keyes Company (Opening in Late 2025): 2,200 square feet
- Lola + The Boys (Opening in Late 2025): 1,425 square feet
- 7th Avenue (Opening in Late 2025): 814 square feet
- Feulard (Opening Spring 2026): 1,801 square feet
The following tenants recently opened at Esplanade at Aventura:
- The Salty: 462 square feet
- If So: 1,584 square feet
- Chip City: 499 square feet
- The Shade Store: 1,249 square feet
The following tenants are opening soon:
- Tremble (Opening June 2025): 1,600 square feet
- Bank of America (Opening June 2025): 4,653 square feet
- Hästens (Opening July 2025): 1,818 square feet
- Next Health (Opening in Fall 2025): 2,453 square feet
- Salt & Straw (Opening in Fall 2025): 1,065 square feet
These new tenants will join Esplanade at Aventura’s growing list of restaurants, health and wellness
providers, and retailers, including STK Steakhouse, Pinstripes, JOEY Aventura, The Amalfi Llama,
JARANA, North Italia, Sweetgreen, Pure Barre, Skin Laundry, Fit2Run, The LEGO® Store, CCRM Fertility of Miami, One Medical, Sher Dental and Industrious.
