CBRE Arranges 18,000 SF Lease In Aventura For Company’s First Florida Location

CBRE has arranged a 18,179-square-foot, long-term lease to CCRM Fertility at Esplanade at Aventura, one of South Florida’s newest mixed-use developments.

Gordon Messinger, Executive Vice President with CBRE, represented Seritage Growth Properties, the landlord and developer of Esplanade at Aventura, in the transaction.

CCRM is one of the industry’s leading pioneers in fertility science, research and advancement with over 25 locations across the US and Canada. The space will serve as CCRM’s first location in Florida and is scheduled to open in late 2022 /early 2023.

“CCRM’s Aventura location will provide best in class fertility care, experiences and outcomes to patients throughout South Florida. We look forward to becoming an integral part of the community,” said Jon Pardew, CCRM’s CEO.

Since taking ownership of the site in 2015, Seritage has redeveloped Esplanade at Aventura into a premier open-air, three-level mixed-use project with underground parking, activated outdoor space, and an abundance of patio and rooftop gathering areas. Located at 19505 Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of Aventura, the 215,000-square-foot development sits on 23 acres and will feature world-class retail, dining and entertainment concepts that include Pinstripes, JOEY, Su Japanese and Mixtura Market.

“We are excited that CCRM is joining the list of world-class businesses that will call the Esplanade at Aventura home,” said Dani Cohn, Seritage’s Vice President of Leasing. “Aventura demonstrates the power of Seritage’s platform and our unique ability to transform our properties into truly unique spaces for the benefit of tenants and the community. We are excited to continue advancing our strategy by attracting high-quality, complementary businesses to achieve our vision for the property and create a world-class attraction for residents and visitors.”

“Aventura will continue to be an attractive area in South Florida for new-to-market tenants and internal market moves. CCRM will benefit from the strong demographics and growth in nearby Miami and Fort Lauderdale,” added CBRE’s Messinger.

Matthew Goodman and Iker Belauste of JLL represented CCRM.
