CBRE Selected To Represent Miami Office Building

 Following the recent acquisition of Airport Financial Center, European investor Belgravia Management, LLC, has selected CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as the exclusive leasing agent for the 100,000-square-foot, 10-story office building located at 700 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in Miami Springs. The asset is strategically located at the northeast corner of the Miami International Airport and offers panoramic views of the airport, Downtown Miami and Miami Springs.
Elizabeth Santos, a Senior Associate with more than 18 years of experience in the Miami Airport submarket, has been awarded the leasing assignment.
