Executive Suite Firm Opens 20,000 SF Downtown Miami Facility

Bayfront Executive Center has opened its doors at One Bayfront Plaza, located at 100 South Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
Occupying the entire third floor, which represents approximately 20,000 square feet, Bayfront Executive Center offers over 70 private, executive offices ideal for one- to three-person businesses.
Bayfront is the most recent executive suite firm to enter the market.  Quest Workspaces signed a 22,072 square foot lease in Coral Gables last year and now has three locations in South Florida.
Executive offices at Bayfront Executive Center start at $545 per person/month, with short-term leases available.
