Fabio Faerman Completes Sale Of Davie Retail Property Occupied By Starbucks, Chipotle
Fabio Faerman of Fortune International Realty/ FA Commercial has completed the $6,131,900 sale of Lakeside Town Shops, multi-tenant, NN-leased retail property fully occupied by Starbucks, Chipotle and Pacific Dental Services.
Faerman represented the international buyer and also placed 50% financing for the sale transaction.
Lakeside Town Shops, a brand new 2016 construction is located at 5796 S. University Drive in Davie, the property is strategically positioned across from Home Depot and Super Target and near other notable retailers.
“This is a strong prime retail location. We identified the property and suggested to our client because it meets great requirements for acquisition; privileged location, 100% occupied including national and global tenants and all with new 10 year leases. All tenants have fixed increases throughout their base terms and renewal options. Therefore, our client will benefit from the stable income provided by [these] high profile tenants,” commented Faerman.
