Fast Food A Healthy Option For Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill Property Group recently represented Subway in two new transactions in Miami.
Matthew Martinez, President of BHPG, recently announced a deal for a 1,400sf Subway store at Marina Blue, a high-rise residential development located at 888 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami.  Avra Jain represented Marina Blue in the transaction.
Subway inked another 1,350sf deal at Miracle Marketplace, a three-story, 260,000-square-foot shopping center located at Coral Way and SW 33rd Avenue in Coral Gables.  Talisman Companies represented Miracle Marketplace in the transaction.
Fast food seems to be a healthy option for Beacon Hill.  The private real estate investment and brokerage company also represented Five Guys Burgers and Fries in a 2,300sf deal at University Center North.  The store is scheduled to open late summer.
University Center North is a 181,179sf Publix-anchored shopping center located on 107th Avenue in Miami, directly in front of the FIU campus.
