FedEx Corp. has signed a 75,000-square-foot office lease renewal at the 701 Waterford building south of Miami International Airport.
The transaction was announced Thursday in a statement from the Hogan Group Inc., which represented New York-based landlord TIAA-CREF. Hogan vice president Steve Smith represented the financial services giant.
The shipping giant uses the 10-story building as its Latin America headquarters in the United States. It has occupied the space since 2000.
TIAA-CREF also finalized recent lease renewals with Sunbeam Products Inc. and Hilton Worldwide Inc. for a combined 30,000 square feet.
