Fitness Center Expands Into 19,000 SF Former Office Depot Space
U Fit signed a lease for 18,760 square feet of retail space at 19400 NW 27th Ave. in Miami Gardens.
The 20,810-square-foot retail building was constructed in 2008 in South Florida’s Hialeah Gardens submarket.
Mike Matlat of A&G Realty Partners and Travis Langhorst of Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
