Steve Leeds, founder and broker of Green Capital Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and construction company, represented the landlord in leasing its 18,764 square foot building in Prospect Office Park to K.C. Wright Schools, Inc., for its flagship charter school.
The building is located at 2099 W. Prospect Road in Tamarac.
Ira Cor represented the tenant in the 10-year lease.
