Mayi de la Vega, founder and CEO of luxury real estate brokerage ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Andrew Nadal has joined the firms’ commercial division as senior associate.
Nadal brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the position, having assisted numerous financial institutions, investors and debt and equity organizations with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Nadal was a sales representative with CoStar Group where he educated clients on how to leverage commercial real estate data and analytics.
Nadal also formerly served as regional sales director for Redvision. In addition, he has managed operations for real estate title and settlement companies.
“Andrew brings a very distinct skill set to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty that will advance the firms’ growing commercial property roster,” said Daniel de la Vega, President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
In his new role, Nadal will continue providing private, corporate and investor clientele with professional service and sound advice for all their real estate needs. He will be based in the Coral Gables office and will focus on investment sales and leasing throughout Miami-Dade County.
Nadal holds a Fraud Examiner Certification and is a registered appraiser. He earned an MBA from Pace University in New York City and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University. He is an active member of the Coral Gables Property Advisory Board and the Coral Gables Community Foundation. He speaks fluent English, Spanish and Italian.
