Former Robb & Stucky Location Finds New Life

Furniture and interior design retailer, Ethan Allen, will open a new design center inside the former Robb & Stucky location in Boca Raton this summer.
The two-story, 19-230-square-foot space at 906 N. Federal Highway in Boca will open to shoppers in the summer, although a full renovation of the building won’t be completed until the fall.
“We first brought our new interactive design center concept to the southeastern region when we opened our Miami location, and we are thrilled to now bring it to this new location in Boca Raton,” said David R. Burton, senior district design manager, in a news release. “This design center will really be our flagship location in the south and will feature an inspiring new look and state-of-the-art software that allows clients to collaborate with our design pros.”
Customers can expect to see a brand new layout with 60 percent new products that Ethan Allen introduced in September. Shoppers will be able to view room design projections on an interactive, flat-screen monitor. Shoppers can use the touch screens to preview their purchases and for room planning. A new segment of the store called Ethan Allen Express, which will have affordable furniture sets with free local delivery, will launch this summer.
This is the second design center Ethan Allen has opened in South Florida. The first location opened in Miami in February.
