Foundry Commercial To Develop New Industrial Project In Pompano Beach
Foundry Commercial’s Development & Investments platform, in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, has closed on Festival South – a 10-acre site located at the northwest corner of NW 33rd Street and NW 27th Avenue in Broward County.
The development team plans to transform the site into a modern, Class-A industrial campus featuring two warehouse buildings totaling approximately 182,000 square feet.
Ideally situated just off a full interchange with the Florida Turnpike, the site also offers immediate access to Interstate 95, Port Everglades, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, making it a prime location within South Florida’s tri-county distribution corridor.
“This marks another significant step in our continued commitment to delivering best-in-class industrial product in South Florida,” said Pryse Elam, Chief Investment Officer for Foundry Commercial. “Our South Florida team – recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a Developer of the Year in 2024 and by NAIOP South Florida as Developer of the Year in 2025 – has built a legacy of delivering meaningful, well-located projects that meet the evolving needs of today’s industrial users. Festival South will be no exception. This infill location offers outstanding regional access in one of the area’s strongest submarkets, and alongside Crow Holdings, we look forward to bringing it to life.”
Festival South is Foundry Commercial’s 21st development in the South Florida market, contributing to a regional portfolio that now approaches 10 million square feet and more than $1.5 billion in project volume.
