Fraga Properties Breaks Ground On New Retail

Fraga Properties has begun construction on the new 8,000sf Phase II retail building of Shops of Doral, located at the SEC of NW 74th St and NW 107th Ave.
Existing retailers of the center include CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America, Wine & Spirits Emporium, Subway, Metro PCS and many more.
Leases for this new retail strip have been signed by Yogurmet, Huntington Learning Center and Mochika Peruvian Cuisine. Construction completion is slated for spring 2012.
