Franklin Street Tapped To Lease Three Equity One Retail Centers

Franklin Street has been awarded leasing assignments for three regional retail centers in Pembroke Pines owned by Equity One.  Cammi Goldberg of Franklin Street is handling the leasing activity.
Shoppes of Silver Lakes, a 126, 789 square foot property located at 18201-18391 Pines Boulevard in the west side of the city. The center, which is anchored by Publix, has units available from 1,500 to 4,200 square feet.
Crossroads Square, an 81, 587 square foot shopping center located at 154 University Drive.  Anchored by Lowe’s and other big national and regional brands, it has units available from 1, 500 to 2,000 square feet.
Chapel Trail Plaza, a 56, 378 square foot shopping center located at 18445 Pines Blvd. is also located in the west part of Pembroke Pines. The project is anchored by LA Fitness and has a mix of national and regional retailers.
