Hallandale Beach-based Capital Commercial Real Estate Group’s Randy North and Olga Rosado have brokered the sale of a 98,000-square-foot retail-warehouse complex in Hollywood for $10 million.
The property, which is located t 2832-2852 Stirling Road in Stirling Industrial Park, was sold by Stirling Industrial Park, a limited partnership. The buyer was Tigertail of Hollywood, a limited liability company.
Tenants at the building, which is 87 percent occupied, include Subway, A1 Alarms and Advantage Healthcare. The property includes 116 rental warehouse units.
