Houselab Realty’s $44.9M Portfolio Listing Marks Entry Into Commercial Sector

Houselab Realty, led by Nathalie Azoubel, has expanded her Miami-based luxury residential brokerage to include commercial sales with the listing of a $44.9 million rental portfolio assembled by GLG Investments, LLC.

The portfolio, which has grown in value by 18 percent annually over three years, is being sold as a turn-key, income producing business with the possibility of retaining its in-house management team.

The portfolio of 96 properties (105 doors) includes apartments, single-family homes, a Class A office condo unit and a developable site zoned for a three-story, 18-unit rental building. Purchased over 14 years, the turn-key rentals have 100 percent occupancy, with most of the tenants utilizing Section 8 vouchers.

“The portfolio has an incredible upside and the potential to retain the in-house property managers, making it attractive to both experienced and newer investors,” Azoubel says. “Its strong performance in up and down markets is an indicator of how well the portfolio is positioned for continued growth in the coming years.”

The residences are strategically located in some of the most highly sought-after neighborhoods in Miami, amidst historically low inventory levels. More than half of the properties are located in Hialeah, with the balance in Miami Gardens, North Miami and North Miami Beach. A sampling of the addresses are available upon request.
