Hunter Hotel Advisors Brokers Sale Of WPB Courtyard Hotel For $200,000 Per Room

Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale of Courtyard West Palm Beach Airport.

MHG Hotels, LLC acquired the property from Whitestone Companies on November 17, 2023 for $20.5 million. The price equated to nearly $200,000 per room.

Leading the transaction was Hunter’s Miami Office, with Executive Vice President Robert Taylor and Senior Vice President Sophia Pittaluga executing the deal on behalf of the seller.
