• Customer authorizes owner to use client name in advertising

• The iPad is ordered in third month of occupancy
• One iPad2 per office
• Should one individual rent more than one office, only one iPad2 is applicable
• Agreement in default, prior to the delivery of the iPad, will not receive the iPad
