Illustrated Properties Launches Commercial Real Estate Division

Illustrated Properties announced the launch of a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Division. The new division is led by Director of Commercial Real Estate Shane McCain, a widely recognized figure in the South Florida commercial real estate community.

The division brings a white-glove approach to commercial advisory and brokerage services, with clients across a broad range of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, hospitality, and medical. McCain brings a distinguished professional profile to the role. He is also a recipient of the Noble Properties Scholarship, an honor that recognizes excellence and promise in commercial real estate practice.
