Infinity Properties Closes On 8-Building Off-Market Acquisition

Infinity Properties, led by Shane Decker and Brett Schlacter closed on their seventh industrial deal this year, adding 64,800 square feet to their portfolio with the $8 million off-market purchase of eight light industrial assets from the private jet giant Sheltair Aviation.

The properties included in the purchase are:

  • 4861-4875 NE 12th Ave
  • 4801-4811 NE 12th Ave
  • 4828-4840 NE 12th Ave
  • 4820-4826 NE 12th Ave
  • 4760-4774 NE 12th Ave
  • 4852-4856 NE 12th Ave
  • 4842-4850 NE 12th Ave
  • 4860-4864 NE 12th Ave

The buildings are situated east of Interstate 95 and just south of Commercial Blvd, about 15-minutes North of Downtown Fort Lauderdale in Oakland Park. Bay sizes range from 1,300 square feet to 1,800 square feet and cater to the local tradesmen looking to be centrally located near downtown Fort Lauderdale, the beaches and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and major highways.

Infinity plans on renovating the park to beautify the curb appeal and overall look and feel of the neighborhood.

Just last month, Infinity Properties closed on a $6.5 million purchase of a 4-building small-bay park in Margate and a $6.6 million purchase of a small-bay park in Pompano Beach in August. The Decker-Schlacter power team sources all of its assets “off-market” and have acquired over 500,000 square feet in 2021 alone.

Infinity is looking to hire positive, high energy and motivated acquisition professionals to work in-house at its corporate office in Bay Harbor Islands to assist with it’s growth as one of the top buyers in Florida.
