Investor Completes $20 Million Commercial Assemblage In Coconut Grove

A private investor has quietly completed a commercial assemblage totaling more than eight-tenths of an acre on Main Highway in Miami’s Coconut Grove.
Main Highway LLC purchased adjoining mixed-use commercial sites with multiple retail and restaurant tenants to wrap up deals to acquire three properties in prime locations on the busy thoroughfare with heavy pedestrian traffic.
In deals worth $20 million, the company snatched up three properties, according to Miami-Dade County property records. It bought a mixed-used, two-story, 9,975-square-foot commercial building constructed on a 28,950-square-foot, L-shaped lot at 3405 Main Highway and McFarlane Road. A second site at 3425 Main Highway includes a 4,000-square-foot retail outlet, while the third acquisition included a 16,416-square-foot corner lot and two-story mixed-used building zoned for commercial and residential uses.
The sites include a mix of retailers, salons and sidewalk cafes.
The seller was Delaware-based Sunny Investments Inc..
Main Highway LLC’s registered agent is attorney Gary Phillips, managing partner of Phillips, Cantor, Shalek, Rubin & Pfister in Hollywood.
