ITT Institute Leases 22,000 SF

ITT Institute, an online university, leased 21,579 square feet in the Miami Gardens Commons office building, located at 5901 Miami Gardens Dr. in Hialeah.
The three-story building totals 68,514 square feet and was built in 2009. ITT Institute will occupy almost the entire ground floor of the three-story building, located on 2.9 acres in the Miami Lakes submarket of Miami/Dade County.
Elias Porras of Colliers International represented the tenant. JM Padron and Anadalys DeArmas of RE/MAX Commercial Associates represented the landlord.
