JLL Arranges Sale Of Premier Broward County Industrial Campus

 JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Westport Business Park, an institutional-quality light industrial campus comprising three buildings totaling 199,731 square feet in Davie.

JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer, Westport BP LLC, a commitment by the owners of Arnet Pharmaceutical with support of TD Bank.

The fully leased property sits strategically along Davie Rd. directly off the Interstate 595 interchange, providing excellent access to Florida’s Turnpike, U.S. Route 441, Interstate 75 and Interstate 95. The campus houses a diversified tenant roster across pharmaceutical, healthcare, aerospace, mechanical engineering, food and beverage and construction industries.

Additionally, the property benefits from proximity to major transportation infrastructure, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades, both within a 15-minute drive. This accessibility provides reach to a population exceeding 6.5 million within a 90-minute drive time.
