JLL Strengthens South Florida Team With Key Appointments, New Hires

JLL announced the appointment of Angela Kyle as senior vice president of the firm’s tenant representation team, strengthening the firm’s leadership in South Florida’s commercial real estate market. In her new role, Kyle will focus on advising local and statewide public institutions and healthcare organizations on their evolving real estate strategies.

With a diverse background spanning sustainability strategy, economic development, and public-sector engagement, Kyle brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to her new role. In her past role leading Sustainability Client Partnerships at JLL, she worked with private and public sector clients to advance strategies to futureproof their assets and advance their climate action strategies.  Her past work includes supporting the City of New Orleans in developing its electric vehicle charging infrastructure and spearheading JLL’s engagement with the South Florida Risk & Resilience Tech Hub, building strong relationships with civic leaders and local organizations.

“Angela’s standout background brings a rare combination of strategic global insight, and a client-first approach that aligns perfectly with JLL’s commitment to delivering best-in-class advisory services,” said Dan McGowan, JLL South Florida broker lead. “Her proven leadership across complex public, healthcare, and sustainability projects, along with her ability to drive results for clients, makes her an invaluable addition to our South Florida platform and a key driver of growth for the region.”

Prior to joining JLL, Kyle built a successful career at the intersection of business, media, and marketing, she holds a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development, an MBA and a degree in Journalism and has consistently leveraged her communications expertise to elevate complex sustainability and infrastructure conversations. In her current role, she will continue to advance JLL’s public-institution and public-private partnerships (P3) practice, working with regional partners to strengthen South Florida’s position as a hub for innovation, climate tech, and sustainable urban growth.

In addition to Kyle, JLL has added three other hires to bolster its South Florida brokerage teams:

  • Noel O’Donnell will be transitioning from a role within JLL’s Net Lease & Corporate Capital Markets division to join the Fort Lauderdale team as an industrial associate broker.
  • Michael Barashick, joins as a retail associate broker in Fort Lauderdale where he was formerly an Advisor with SVN Commercial Partners; and
  • Jaclyn Bond is relocating from New York where she spent the past decade and a half with Zar Apparel Group and will be working as a senior sales coordinator with the tenant representation team in Miami

“It’s no secret that competition for top talent remains strong in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry,” added McGowan. “These strategic hires underscore JLL’s continued investment in people to meet the growing needs of our clients across this dynamic and rapidly expanding market. With Noel, Michael, and Jaclyn joining the team, we’re strengthening our capabilities across key business lines to better serve clients throughout the region.”
