At the Pasadena Plaza, located in Pembroke Pines at 1708-1824 University Drive, Kiddie City Early Education Center leased 10,000 square feet for five years to open a child care center. The 78,473 square foot center is owned by Pines-Pasadena Associates, Ltd. Tenants at this center include Family Dollar, Harbor Freight, Auto Zone, KFC, Pasadena Lakes Animal Clinic, and others.
Glamour Hair expanded and renewed their lease for five years at the Emerald Plaza, located at 2425 Stirling Road in Dania Beach. They now will occupy 2,130 square feet of retail space. The 13,362 square foot center is owned by Dabby Properties and includes tenants Stop n Go, Supreme Cleaners and others. The center is now 100% leased.
At St. Mina’s Plaza2617 SR 7 in Lauderhill, Nicassi Enterprises, Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of space for three years to operate a variety store. The 30,000 square foot center, which is located just south of Oakland Park Blvd., is owned by St. Mina’s Plaza, LLC. Other tenants at this site include Tire Kingdom, Legal Eze and Family Thrift.
Photo Studio leased 1,040 square feet for five years at the Shops of 26th Street located at 2512 North SR 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. The Shops of 26th Street, LLC is the ownership of the 22,789 square foot center, which is now fully leased. The new tenant joins Four Brothers Grocery, Crown Cleaners, Doll House Beauty Salon, Accurate Tax and others. Neal Realty also handles the property management for this center.
