Las Olas Pub To Open On Brickell

The team behind a gastropub on Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard are planning to open a second location on Brickell.
American Social, known for its craft beers and comfort food, signed a lease agreement at 690 S.W. First Court in Miami.

The bar will have 6,500 square feet of space and more than 3,000 square feet of waterfront dining on Miami River. The space, which is below the Neo Vertika lofts, formerly housed Waxy O’Connors, and will be remodeled for a fall opening.
