Las Vegas Company Relocates HQ To Miami, Signs 14,000 SF Lease

The Offices at River Landing, part of River Landing Shops & Residences mixed-use development offering residential, retail, and office spaces on the Miami River, has signed a new lease for 14,287 square feet of office space, further enhancing its role as a key business location in South Florida.

Boge Group, a leading consulting firm specializing in helping individuals and businesses acquire low- interest funding, is relocating its headquarters from Las Vegas to the Mid River District.

Boge plans to move to its new location in the fourth quarter of 2025.

With the addition of Boge Group, River Landing’s 149,178 square feet of premium Class A office space now has only 20,478 square feet left and available for lease.
