Law Firm Announces Acquisition Of Coral Gables Office Building For Expansion Of Headquarters

Zumpano Patricios and the ZP Land Holding Companies announced the acquisition of the 328 Minorca Avenue Building in Coral Gables, which totals ±15,000 square feet, for approximately $3.1 million. The building last sold in 2014 for $1,800,000.

Together with the 312 Minorca Avenue Building previously purchased in 2008, the resulting office building complex will provide the firm with over 40 offices, 4 conference rooms, and 20 parking spaces, for attorneys at its headquarters.

The multimillion-dollar purchase, redevelopment, and headquarters expansion project, will be named “Counsel Commons.”

“Coral Gables is a vibrant community, one that we have called our firm’s home since its inception,” Zumpano Patricios Founder and President Joseph Zumpano stated. “We are excited about yet another real estate development – this time in the City Beautiful – as we commence our 20th year here in Coral Gables.”

Located in the epicenter of downtown Coral Gables, renowned architect Ramon Pacheco has been selected to lead the design effort for Counsel Commons, which will boast a tempered elegance and Mediterranean-style architecture complementary to the firm’s existing facilities.  Once completed, the property will be one of the largest owner-occupied professional service office buildings in the area.
