Law Firm Signs 16,000 SF Lease

Brickell Bay Office Tower, a 32-story, class A office tower located directly on Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Brickell Financial District, has finalized a lease agreement with Miami-based international law firm Astigarraga Davis.
The firm will relocate from its current Brickell office to occupy approximately 16,000 square feet of space at the 280,500 square foot office tower. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Astigarraga Davis will relocate from nearby 701 Brickell Avenue.   The building is already home to such international tenants as AON, the British Consulate, and recently added NEC Corporation.
“A top-tier international law firm like Astigarraga Davis is a natural addition to Brickell Bay Office Tower’s growing tenant base, which is becoming increasingly global as companies from around the world look to establish a U.S. presence in South Florida,” said Brickell Bay Office Tower Vice President of Leasing Christian Driussi, who represented the building’s ownership in the transaction.
Astigarraga Davis is a well-known Miami-based international law firm focused on litigation, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, and fraud and asset recovery emanating from virtually every country in the Americas.   According to leasing agents Brent Palmer and Sharon Ellis who represented the firm, Astigarraga Davis evaluated potential relocation opportunities at other Class A buildings throughout the Brickell area but was ultimately drawn to the building by a combination of factors such as its location and views and the committed approach of the building’s management to meeting the law firm’s needs.  The firm’s new space will feature outdoor terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay.
“Astigarraga Davis was drawn to the tower’s setting in the heart of the Brickell Financial District, its efficient space with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, and its roster of companies from around the world. Moreover, the building’s dedicated ownership is continually making improvements, demonstrating a commitment to the asset and meeting tenant needs,” said Brent Palmer who has recently represented three substantial tenants in relocations to Brickell Bay Office Tower.
