Lee & Associates’ Michael Avendano Brings 12,800 SF Pharma Tenant To Prologis Beacon Industrial Park

Lee & Associates South Florida Vice President Michael Avendano successfully represented Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals LLC in a new industrial lease in Doral.

The company leased 12,800 square feet within Prologis Beacon Industrial Park.

Avendano negotiated the five-year lease on Hephaestus’ behalf. Located at 10913 NW 30th St. Suite 102, the warehouse includes 24’ clear height, one drive-in bay, five loading docks and 2,764 square feet of office space.

Hephaestus plans to build a sterile compounding facility in the space to manufacture and pack prescriptions for wellness-related medicines providing treatments for insomnia, testosterone replacement, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, weight management issues and more.

Located within the Airport West/Doral submarket, Prologis Beacon Industrial Park is a premier business park with easy access to Miami International Airport, major highways and many restaurants, hotels, banks and shopping centers.
