Lee & Associates’ Milopoulos, Baena Close Off-Market Industrial Sale In Boynton Beach

Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena brokered the sale of a small bay industrial property located in Boynton Beach for $4.53 million.

The team successfully brokered the off-market opportunity between Motech Moldings LLLP and Boynton Beach Industrial Park, LLC.

The industrial park is located at 3151 SW 14 Place within the desirable Boynton Beach industrial market. The 20,088-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building is situated on a 1-acre parcel and located just off Congress Avenue, with proximity to I-95 and Atlantic Ave.

“This was just another display where a new relationship was established with a property owner who after six months of discussions gave us a chance to perform,” Milopoulos said. “They instilled their confidence and trust in the team to get them to the finish line. I’d also like to thank the Alan and Josh Levy, who acquired the asset, for performing and doing as they said they would from the very beginning.”

Milopoulos and Baena were recently recognized by national commercial real estate publication GlobeSt as 2025 Influencers in Industrial Real Estate honorees. The duo closed on over 150,000 square feet of sales and leases in 2024 and 275,000 square feet so far in 2025.
