University Station will provide 216 units of workforce housing, a 635-space parking garage, and a new home for Barry University College of Nursing and Health Services.
The Buyer, Pelican Bays LLC, also appointed Levy Realty Advisors exclusivity to manage and lease the property, which is currently occupied by approximately 120 tenants.

Levy and Silberling represented landlords Gateway Park Holdings, LLC and West Atlantic Holdings, LLC in the two new industrial leases.
