Levy Realty Advisors and SVN Commercial Realty Team Up On Sale, Purchase Of Ft. Lauderdale Warehouse And 5-Year Lease Deal

Levy Realty Advisors' Alan Levy, Josh Levy and Jan StolowLevy Realty AdvisorsBroker and President Alan Levy and COO Josh Levy, along with Les Byron, Managing Director at SVN Commercial Realty teamed up to complete the sale and purchase of a 20,000-square-foot warehouse property located at 1291 NW 65th Place in Ft. Lauderdale. which sold for $2,400,000.

Les Byron represented the seller, and Alan and Josh Levy represented the buyer in the transaction.

Due to the close relationship between the brokerage firms, the property was quickly sold and closed on May 19th on an “all cash“ basis before hitting the market. The seller remained as a tenant in a 7,000-square-foot space within the property post-closing and the Levy Team, which has been awarded the exclusive right to manage and lease the property, is marketing the remaining 13,000-square-feet, which is a 100% air-conditioned space with 1500 amps of electrical service for a manufacturer.

In a separate transaction, Steve Davis, Senior Advisor with SVN, represented the tenant in a 5-year, 7,750-square-foot lease deal in cooperation with Levy Realty Advisors Broker-Associate Jan Stolow, a 28-year industry veteran, at Copans Business Center, a Levy-owned property located at 2570 N. Powerline Rd. in Pompano.
