Commercial Aircraft Supplier Relocates, Inks 16,000 SF Lease Transaction

Next Level Aviation, the premier global supplier of commercial aircraft and jet engine used serviceable material will be the newest tenant in the Dania Industrial Center, located at 110 SW 12th Avenue in Dania. The company recently relocated and expanded to a 15,650-square-foot space at the 30,000-square-foot bulk distribution warehouse facility.

Next Level Aviation was previously located at 1671 NW 144th Terrace in Sunrise.

Cresa Miami just released its Q2 2023 Miami-Dade County Industrial Market fast facts which shows supply is up to 266 million square feet, vacancy is down by 2.3%, and average rent is up to $15.81 per square foot.
