Cresa Negotiates 17,000 SF In Office Leases In Waterford Business District

Cresa Miami recently negotiated four transactions in the Waterford Business District. The combination of new, renewed, and downsized leases totalled approximately 17,000 square feet.

The Waterford Business District is a 250-acre professional hub in the heart of Miami designed for innovative companies and a diverse workforce.The seven buildings that comprise the desirable Class A office community are home to companies like Burger King, Estée Lauder, Marriott, Fedex, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Novartis,, Subway, SWATCH, Toyota and more.

• WestCare Foundation signed a new lease for 7,500 square feet.
• Ready Mortgage Lenders signed a new lease for 5,500 square feet
• Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation downsized, signing a new lease for 1,500 square feet.
• Talbot and Jeff Hartsook, Managing Principal, negotiated the a lease renewal for Aerolease for 2,500 square feet.
